I apologize, but ever since flashing a breast became termed
a wardrobe malfunction, I'm afraid I have to be a little more
technical about my goods and their display.

#1 Web Site Formatting Images:

These being the image designs that are integral to the appearance and structure of this web site. All such images are restricted for my personal use only and are to appear only within this web site and any subsequent web site(s) created by myself, in which I have explicitly decided their use would aid in the web sites appearance. Any display, lifting, or incorporation/use of these web site formatting images into another's web site/page or work....will lead me to seek out all available legal remedies.

These web site formatting images include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Decorative column(s) w/ marble like appearance, that has been designated as an image map
• Decorative column(s) w/ marble like appearance, that has been affixed with the snake logo
• Decorative column(s) w/ marble like appearance, that has been affixed with an image(s)
• Decorative column(s) w/ marble like appearance, that has no affixed images/ logos
• Web site entryway door(s) w/ wood grain like appearance and metal like ornamentations
• All images designated as links to an adjoining web page(s) or to another image(s)
• All images designated as links to an page(s) or image(s), located within the same web page
• All images designated as links to an page(s) or image(s), located in an adjoining web page
• All images designated as links to adjoining text
• All images designated as links to text, located within the same web page
• All images in which a thumbnail image resides in, upon, has been incorporated into, or has been adjoined to, in order to maintain the overall continuity of the thumbnail images appearance
• All thumbnail images
• All snake logos

All of the images described above are 100% original designs created by myself, for this specific web sites appearance. No assistance by any other person(s) enabled in their development, or manufacture. They are to be viewed and displayed only within this web site and any subsequent web site(s) created by myself, in which I have explicitly decided their use would aid in the web sites appearance. Anyone who implies that these web site formatting images can be displayed in any other way, has made a fraudulent claim.

#2 Individually Titled Images and their use:

These being the images that have a name/title given to them, which is displayed in between quotation marks, resting just near the base of the image.These "Individually titled images" are those which are generally displayed at a 282x364 width and height size, or at a 295x364 width and height size, though some may be larger. They are also individually accessible by means of clicking on specific thumbnail images, or linked text located within my web site.

Unlike the "Web site formatting images" (detailed previously), you may display four "Individually titled images" for fixed image display on a web page , only provided you adhere to the stipulations I will outline.

a) Fixed image display ONLY:

By a fixed image display, I am referring to display of an "Individually titled image(s)" as it was designed to be viewed upon this web site, in a static format.Therefore these images are not permitted to be incorporated into a slideshow, movie, or part of any streaming video.

Exception: With my express permission only and upon my receiving of a formal request (i.e. letter, e-mail) by the interested party, I will consider the use of an "Individually titled image(s)" and the display of it in a format other than a static image on a web page (i.e. slideshow, movie, streaming video).Sending a formal request does not constitute permission by itself, it is my exclusive approval of a formal request that grants permission. If I grant permission, a formal approval will be sent. Verbal requests are not acceptable and verbal approvals will not be given. Without my formal approval (i.e. letter, e-mail), you do not have valid permission whatsoever.

b) No image alterations (except as detailed):

By image alterations, I am referring to any changes made that would render the image to be grossly distinguishable, in comparison to the original "Individually titled image(s)" provided within my web site. The portion of my image containing the title/name of my image(s) and the web site address is considered part of the image itself and must not be edited out. The portion of my image containing the title/name of my image(s) and the web site address must also maintain a size that is readable for the average viewer.

Exception #1: An alteration which I will permit is a corresponding reduction in the width and height of the "Individually titled image(s)". This means no distortion. For example, an image of 200x400 pixels, if reduced to a width of 100 pixels, would result in the overall image becoming 100x200 pixels in size. This translates to a 50% reduction in both width and height of the original image, therefore this is a permissible alteration in size.

Exception #2: The only true distortion I will permit is in the creation of a thumbnail image/link that makes use of a "Individually titled image(s)". This allows for a disproportionate version, of the original image I've provided, to be sized accordingly to the dimensions of your other thumbnail images. In the creation of a thumbnail, it is preconceivable to understand that the title/name of my image(s) and the "by J.R. Steine" lable, may become difficult to read. If this does result from the distortion used in the thumbnails display, the title/name of my image(s) and the "by J.R. Steine" lable information must be typed out, in a relative location for immediate review, in a text size that is readable for the average viewer. Typing out JRsteine.com as well would be greatly appreciated.

c) Image use as a thumbnail or as a link:

None of the images within my web site are to be used for another's solicitation purposes. Whether the motive is for financial interests, or for the simple interest in accumulating more "hits" at a specific web site or page, my work is not to be exploited. Use of any of the images located within my web site, as a link, for the purposes of directing visitors to an entirely irrelevant web site, or web page, or product is prohibited. All marketers are hereby warned that I will seek out all available legal remedies for such exploitation of my work.

Permission is granted to use thumbnail images with "JRsteine.com" affixed to the base (found in the "Misc. Images" category ), or an "Individually titled image(s)", as an image/link which would direct a computer user to any of the following:

• to my official homepage
• to an web page located within my web site
• to an adjoining web page, featuring a permissibly sized altered image
• to an adjoining web page, which has information relating to my artwork
• to an adjoining web page, featuring the title/name of my image(s) and my web site address information, that was previously not displayed due to a permissible size alteration
• Note: if you are aware that the web site/page in which these images would be linked to, will not or does not conform with the stipulations listed below the headings of; "Individually Titled Images" and "Web Site Formatting Images", you are prohibited in creating a link to those web sites/ pages.

d) Image use is prohibited for these web site/ page types:

None of the images seen within my web site are to be displayed, in any format whatesoever, within the following:

• pornographic web site(s)
• pornographic web page(s)
• racial or religious hatred web site(s)
• racial or religious hatred web page(s)
• site(s) which host pornographic web site(s)
• site(s) which host pornographic web page(s)
• site(s) which host racial or religious hatred web site(s)
• site(s) which host racial or religious hatred web page(s)

#3 Writtings by the author of this web site:

These being the writings in the Random Thoughts category and the Poetic Palpitation's of J.R. Steine category. All such writtings are restricted for my personal use only and are to appear only within this web site, other media formats I exclusively approve of and any subsequent web site(s) created by myself, in which I have explicitly decided their display would aid in the web sites content.

Any of the "descriptive writings" found in a "title and description search" page, where the writing is used to describe an images appearance and content, or describe a writing in the Random Thoughts category, or the Poetic Palpitation's of J.R. Steine category, are permissible for display on anothers web site only if used in any of the following situations:

 a) the display would be used in correlation with a link to an approved display of "Individually titled images" (refer to #2 Individually Titled Images and their use )

 b) placed on the same web page with the "Individually titled images"

 c) would be used in correlation with a link to JRsteine.com, or a page located within JR.stein.com

 ALL of the three preceeding situations apply in exactly the same manner, when displaying "descriptive writings" from the Random Thoughts and the Poetic Palpitation's of J.R. Steine "title and description search" pages.
